Inhand Systems have worked on the Northgate Front Office CRM system for several
years and for a number of local authorities.
Scripts and Processes
We have been involved in both version 2 and version 3 of front office. We have been involved in the anaylsis of processes as-is and to-be and we have used the workbench to create scripts from those processes.
We have a lot of experience of configuring the Singularity BPM work flow engine to chain processes and subsequent processes together.
Integration
Inhand Systems have created and provided web services integration and middleware software which allow interaction between Front Office and back office systems such as environmental health and housing.
