Inhand Systems were asked to add and modify Northgate Front Office CRM scripts relating to environmental health and to provide a web services interface to the environmental health back office.

We also supplied some web services integration to allow information to be extracted and pushed into the environmental health back office. This was a two way process which allowed data from the back office to be visible from within the CRM screens and to send data into the back office to create jobs. Typically these jobs were for missed collections and waste complaints.

This work also involved programming the Singularity process platform BPM engine to implement the required workflow.
